**The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, business development representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
As a BDR, you will proactively generate leads, communicate market insights, and nurture client relationships. You will have the opportunity to cultivate a customer portfolio and sales pipeline of your own and play a critical role in workforce transformation for leading organisations across APAC.
With a focus on leadership, professional development, and modern learning experience design, you will be exposed to development opportunities which will equip you with knowledge and skills that will serve you in your career today, and well into the future. This BDR role also provides a rapid career development path into a Business Development Manager role and beyond.
The role can be based in Singapore or Australia.
**The Requirements**
- Meeting or exceeding achievable business development targets
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients based on trust and mutual value.
- Displaying an understanding of and ability to articulate GP's profile, services and USPs, and a willingness to continuously expand industry and service knowledge.
- Working individually and with our marketing team to leverage tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales Hub, and LinkedIn to identify leads, generate meetings and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborating with the wider client success team to craft innovative learning solutions.
- Driving attendance to, and following up on marketing events
- Partnering with internal SME’s to develop winning proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Being able to work autonomously around planning and organising your schedule to exceed goals and targets.
