2. Sales Performance:

- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, collections, and brand information.
- Educate customers on jewelry care and maintenance.

4. Store Maintenance:

- Ensure that display cases are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
