**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and meticulous individual to join our Trading Services team. In this role you will service our global clients by providing support with the operational aspects of our business.

The Singapore-based role will collaborate with different functions across the business and assist with our clients’ needs, ranging from dealing, trade investigations, account servicing, marketing content, products and more.

Your role in the Team

Providing front line support to our clients relating to IG's full range of products and services for our global pool of clients. You will primarily be supporting the APAC region and related markets, including but not limited to Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia across both verbal and written channels.

What you’ll do- Educating and supporting our clients in their trading journey with IG, including education on product details, order management and account management- Answering queries from our global pool of client base on all of our products and platforms; primarily supporting our APAC markets and clients from the APAC region- Providing an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support) - Investigate and resolve trade disputes.- Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages- Convey any regulatory or changes within IG to clients in a timely manner.- Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks- Provide information & any required actions relating to any ongoing corporate actions on clients’ accounts.- Project management with relevant stakeholders in areas including marketing, compliance, product, dealing desk, etc.

What you’ll need for this role

An aspiring professional who brings with them:
- A degree-level education- 6- 18 months experience in any client facing or middle office role (experience working with a financial services company is desired)- A keen demonstrable interest in and understanding of financial markets.- Self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times.- Organized and pro-active individual who has the ability to remain calm and measured during periods of high intensity.- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work at a consistently high standard.- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through your proven abilities in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- A logical and analytical approach to problem solving.- High level of numeracy / mental arithmetic- Computer literate in Microsoft Office- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) required. Additional language skills in Cantonese will be highly advantageous to service the relevant client pool.
