- Experience in global business, overseas trade, or participation in international activities
- Experience in managing overseas markets or global supply chains
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop product strategies
- Understanding of E-commerce (including online sales) and managing projects
- Proficiency in English or a second language (Chinese or other languages) for communication with partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams
