Senior / Property Officer (Township)

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.
- To cover the any vacant position if there are resignations of Property staff
- To conduct additional inspections at the estate to complement the existing property teams
- To rotate among the divisions to solve estate issues, for example help out in divisions which did not do well in TCMR.
- To assist Property Operations Specialist to conduct internal audit operations
Any other duties assigned by GM/DGM
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
