About the Role:

  • Assist the Property Manager with management and maintenance of the HDB

Estates
- Work with the team to attend and resolve residents' feedback
- Work closely with Town Councilors, Residents, Grassroot Organizations, and

other relevant government agencies
- Supervise improvement and upgrading works
- Manage budget control / planning and arrears
- Carry out enforcement actions on common properties and open space by-

laws
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign

About You:

  • Proven track record as a PO or SPO in township management.
  • Demonstrate positive service attitude and good track record of serving residents and grassroots organizations. Compliments received by residents or GRLs will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate and connect well with external stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Demonstrate good teamwork and willing to assist new colleagues.
  • Diploma in Building, Building Maintenance/ Management, Facilities Management, or other approved qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
