- User Growth's mission is to grow Lazada’s user base. We build demand for Lazada’s two-sided platform and are critical to the long-term success of Southeast Asia's fast-growing eCommerce industry. We drive user growth via acquisition, incubation, engagement and loyalty programs. We study our users to design personalised customer lifecycle journey with Lazada. We engage users with innovative games, social sharing, online marketing, promotions, and creative content. We work with advertising and strategic partners to reach new and existing users. We are a team of passionate growth hackers from diverse backgrounds - including product, channel management, operations, business development, strategy, data analytics and tech. We work collaboratively across six ventures (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam). At Lazada, we redefine challenges, spearhead innovation, and build new standards. - Reporting to the User Growth Steering function head, you will be responsible but not limited to:
- Setting measurable goals across the User Growth function that are linked to the company’s strategic objectives.
- Leading high-impact cross-functional projects and steering actions across different stakeholders to reach our goals.
- Governing budget planning and allocation across User Growth channels and promotion mechanics - establishing budgeting frameworks, close monitoring of spend efficiency, guiding reallocations.
- Prioritising product, technology and data initiatives across the User Growth function.
- Conducting A/B tests to drive continuous improvements.
- Establishing operational excellence through working closely with country teams to implement regional standard operating procedures.
- Collaborating with Product, Data, Tech to develop new dashboards and operational tools.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or related fields.
- 5 years and above of experience in a quantitative-driven business field such as Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Performance Marketing (various levels available).
- Knowledge of SQL is a highly preferred, Python and other computer languages are a plus.
- Business acumen in Ecommerce, Online Marketing, and User Lifecycle Management is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mile.
