Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Provide general administrative support to project managers in the day-to-day project documentation.
- Perform billings for respective projects and dispatch of Invoices in accordance with Clients’ practices
- Procure, manage and taking regular inventory of office equipment and office supplies _. _
- Manage and update Purchase Orders, and ensure timely payment to avoid disruption in provision of goods and services.
- Initiate screening process for new customers and preparation of source data ahead of screening.
- Managing contracts with a proper filing system.
- Maintained and upkeep Department’s data and records.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks/assignments/projects assigned by Management
**Requirements**:
- O level and above
- With al least 1 yr experience in similar field
- Proficient in MS Application
- Able to commit at least 6mths
- Working location: AMK
