**Role**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct user gathering requirements, demos, reviews, etc, with the Client.
- Capture, understand and analyse Client’s user requirements and objectives.
- Work within a team of peers to develop quick prototypes/POCs for the client.
- Conduct Fit-Gap-Analysis to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client’s business needs and advising Client on solution options/offerings.
- Design and conceptualize business solutions to support Client’s needs.
- Engage internal implementation team on Client’s requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery.
- Develop and deliver documentation across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training materials etc).
- Conduct testing and training on implemented solution.
- Build trusting relationships with team members and Client’s stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience of Salesforce Lightning implementation (complex configurations, APEX/AURA programming) advantageous.
- Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; Systems integration.
- Client engagement experience in Singapore and APAC region.
- Ability to directly engage with business stakeholders/end-users on their requirements, map/translate said requirements into Salesforce Lightning design.
- Experienced working in IT Consulting companies an advantage.
- Any Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
- Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to have.
- Good analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral).
- Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented.
- Able to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team.
