As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant to join our team and lead projects with expertise in OmniStudio and Service Cloud.

As a Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant at Vaiyam Consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Salesforce projects with a focus on OmniStudio and Service Cloud. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, design customized solutions, and implement Salesforce solutions to drive efficiency and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop customized solutions leveraging OmniStudio and Service Cloud to meet client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for Salesforce implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Configure Salesforce components, develop custom functionality and integrate with third-party systems as needed. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in Salesforce technology and methodologies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and consulting roles, with a focus on OmniStudio and Service Cloud.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with OmniStudio for building guided experiences, data models, and flows.
- Proficiency in Service Cloud configuration, including case management, knowledge management, and service console customization.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
