Responsible to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives for Collins Aerospace Manufacturing Plant using Customer Orientated Results & Excellence (CORE) Operating System.

Drive culture of continuous improvement through implementation of CORE Operating System to achieve Collins Aerospace CORE objectives 2. Organize and facilitate CORE Engagement, track process and support regular reporting cadence on CORE activities progress and status. 3. Support regular reporting cadence on CORE activities progress and status. 4. Organize and facilitate CORE Learning. Provide training and communication on CORE Common tools and methodology to stakeholders in alignment with Site business vision and strategy. 5. Promote cultural change by sharing best practices, introducing, driving and sustaining CORE Culture and methodology within the company. 6. Coordinate and track CORE Maturity progress per RTX CORE Maturity Assessment tool. Promoting high impact Process Maturity methodology in functional/ business Department. 7. Senior Role will include align, perform and improve high impact processes to deliver performance exceed customer expectation. Facilitating Goal Alignment, Market Feedback Analysis, Strategy development, Goal flown-down, Execution & Process Review responsibilities.

**Minimum years of experience in role**: - 4+ years of continuous improvement working experience in a large manufacturing shop floor environment preferred. Practical experience in setting up shop floor visual management - 4+ years’ experience in continuous improvement project management. - Senior CORE Engineer to have knowhow of most CORE skill sets. Preferred Skills (if any): - Knowhow in Lean Methodology -Time Study, Manufacturing Standard Work (SWCS, SWS & percent load, CT, TT), VSM (Value Stream mapping), 5S, Visual management (aka RTPR), Lean logistics (SWIP, kanban management), Problem Solving tool (RCCA, aka DAISE) - Knowhow in Mature Process Capability Process Maturity (SIPOC, RACI, Process Mapping, PFMEA, Turnback Management). Variation reduction or Problem-Solving
- SPC, PFMEA, Process Certification/SPC/6 sigma/ DAMIC, Process Analysis (hACE-QCPC, turnback management), RCCA (aka DAISE), DOE. - Knowhow in Goal Alignment - aka Policy Deployment or Hoshi Kanri. MFA, SIPOC, RACI, Benchmarking, CT & Visual Management. - Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Good analytics, communication and presentation skills. Programing skill (a plus) - Self-starter and ability to work with all levels of staff - Dynamic, highly driven and able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
