**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare product or mask drawings based on DOE require using CAD (Cadence) and submit in system for purchase.
- Ensure product or mask design can meet to design requirement.
- Provide ES team & NPI team on require information for new product timely.
- Support on new product design check and verification to NPI Team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials) or Science (Chemistry) from a recognized institution
- Familiar with using MS Excel and Powerpoint. Prior experience in using CAD and statistical softwares, Macros will be an added advantage.
- Experience in packaging and process development for semiconductors, SAW and BAW filters will be an added advantage.
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn on the job.
- Possess good time management skills.
