**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership & Management**:Lead and manage the Transfer Agency team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- **Operational Oversight**:Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all transfer agency activities, including investor onboarding, AML reviews, FATCA & CRS reviews and transaction processing, are executed efficiently and accurately.
- **Client Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate operational risks.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously review and enhance processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, including Fund Accounting, to ensure seamless service delivery and to support the overall objectives of the business.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification related to Compliance is a plus.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transfer agency, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fund administration or financial services environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of transfer agency operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
