**Management Trainee - Trainee Outlet Manager**

The Summer Acai, Singapore's rapidly growing Acai brand, is expanding and seeking passionate, self-driven, responsible, and trustworthy individuals to join our team as Management Trainee - Trainee Outlet Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage daily store operations, including cashiering, preparation duties (such as cutting fruits and topping up sauces), and serving Acai Bowls.

Efficiently manage team workload and ensure adherence to operational strategies to meet service quality standards.

Gather customer feedback and recommend operational improvements.

Resolve customer issues promptly and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Conduct onboarding and training sessions for staff according to company SOPs.

Maintain outlet cleanliness and perform stock takes and performance audits.

**Job Types**:

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of F&B experience preferred.

Positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Proactive leadership qualities and ability to improve operational workflows.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Customer-oriented and proactive in meeting customer needs.
