**As a management trainee, you will**:

- Learn, manage and be responsible for the daily operations of our company.
- Liaise with parents and teachers with regards to students and centre matters and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage a small team of part-time administrative staff to help you achieve your objectives.
- Learn face-to-face communication skills as part of good customer service.
- Gain valuable experience and be groomed for managerial role with advancement potential.
- Develop soft and hard skills together with our fast growing company
