**Duties and Responsibilities**
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to all departments within the organization, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance of office equipment, supplies inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and routing correspondence appropriately.
- **Calendar Management**: Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- **Human Resources Support**: Aid in HR functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
- **Facilities Coordination**: Coordinate office facilities and services, including liaising with building management, ordering supplies, and overseeing office maintenance.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including logístical arrangements and attendee management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any administrative issues or concerns promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in financial or accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (industry preferred).
- Strong PC skills. Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
