We are hiring for an Sales Operations Executive and would welcome early career starters to experienced professionals with strong operational background. About the Role: - Assist in day to day operations including managing of showroom displays, demo and courtesy units - Communicating with principal, internal customers and vendors ensuring smooth operations - Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales Manager on any operation issues - Handle stock inventory holding including production request with the objective of achieving the overall sales targets and profit levels - Coordinate with various departments and external vendors on vehicle Pre-delivery Inspections, Vehicle Movement and Vehicle Delivery. - Partake in digitalization of processes and identify area of improvement **Requirements**: - Preferably 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations - Degree in any discipline and a passion / mind-set to progress in a customer-centric, digital-first and forward-thinking organization - You have an attitude for mutual respect, an aptitude for success, the thirst for continuous learning and curiosity - Culturally astute and able to build effective partnership in a matrix reporting environment - A high level of initiative and ability to operate with integrity is important. - Natural inclination to ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ and getting your hands dirty is a pre-requisite **About the Company** A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
