The Group Repair Manager assures the repair processing of the maintenance of the component of his/her perimeter:

- With respect to the regulation conditions
- On the optimal conditions in terms of economy, quality and Turn Around Time (logistic transportation TAT plus Shop Processing Time of the repair vendor)

**CONTEXT/ENVIRONMENT**

Material & Services is supporting 25 Pooling, closed-loop long-term contracted customers in Asia Pacific and has to provide Material in serviceable condition to respect its contractual obligations. The development of local repair activities is a key point of the development.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**

**_CCA: _**
- He/She enforces contracts with suppliers and applies the specific terms for contracts with customers.
- He/She pilots the operational performance of the suppliers: prepare and manages performance review meetings and regular conference-call with the repair vendors.
- He/She organizes the transfer of load to SCS (Singapore Component Solution) for associated new capacities
- Participate in providers' specifications
- Rebate calculation

**_Manager GDC: _**
- The job holder manages a team of repair officers in charge of subcontracting the repair of components removed from AF customers mainly in Asia.
- He/She ensures that his own team enforce to meet deadlines (TAT) of repair (contractual SPT for pool component and closed loop component)
- Ensure cost control (quote analysis, warranties, claims, repair or buy...) and margin optimization (RIM process )
- Assure the continuous improvement of the performance in a spirit of lean initiative.
- Manage the repair vendors and assure the human and social management of his team.
- Analyze and distribute the workload within his team.
- Measures and analyses the operational performance of his team, designs and follow corrective action plans.
- He personally does repair orders in case of overload activity.

**_Cross-Sourcing _**
- He/She organizes the transfer of load to SCS (Singapore Component Solution) for associated new capacities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the availability of components to serve customers' requests in conditions defined by quality, costs and delay commitments.
- Participate in cross-functional projects of performance improvement within SIN.MS
- He/She is accountable for the operational performance of his own team and for the logistic repair supply chain.
- He/She controls the local repair budget.
- During the repair process, he is accountable for the respect of the technical standard of components by the repair vendor, defined by the R.E.E (Responsable Entretien Equipment).
