Senior Finance Manager, Apac Marketing

**Core Responsibilities**- Drive transparency across Marketing and Trade Investments and provide comprehensive and consistent view of commercial spending in APAC.- Champion investment efficiency and productivity agendas with financial analysis and data insights.- Co-lead Trade Investments frameworks and processes implementation across region.- Influence business decisions through data-based analysis on theme and channel level.- Represent Finance in cases and projects and bring in financial insights for better decision making.- Build financial capabilities among respective teams.- Ad-hoc projects and financial support.

**Play your part in our team succeeding**

In this fast-paced role, you will successfully manage our multiple regional partners, ensure timely and relevant management reports, launch initiatives for more efficiency, integrate risk management in business and lead projects. You will contribute to planning, estimate processes and internal control procedures are followed.

The role is part of APAC Market Finance organization, which is responsible for finance business partnering towards all commercial functions in APAC region.

**Do you have what it takes**:
- A degree is not a prerequisite, but you need to be able to demonstrate financial competence in the field of commercial finance involving both analysis and controlling.- Proven track of record in delivering results in Commercial, FP&A finance and business partnering.- Curious approach with a strong end to end business understanding, proactively looking for opportunities to contribute to the business.- Analytical and can solve problems, make recommendations, convey clear messages sometimes with limited data.- Strong technically, with the ability to contribute to key business and systems initiatives.- A phenomenal teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Global, multicultural approach and high collaboration and partner management skills.- A high level of professionalism that delivers results when required, typically above expectations.
