**About the role**
**What you need to know**:
Be part of the APAC Regional FP&A Team to be Expense Lead for the Region. The key role of the Expense lead would be to lead the expense analysis framework and management reporting for the region with core responsibility to lead the FP&A activities on GOE Analytics for the region and support the overall framework for management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process for APAC Region including the two APAC Regional entities

**Driving Monthly / Quarterly reporting process**
**APAC Region**:

- Prepare and Review GOE Reports and related activities for APAC Region with adequate support from the India FC team
- Be the Sal Plan lead for the Region to support Comp & Ben related planning and associated work in engagement with the Global Sal Plan team and country teams (Local HR and Finance)
- Lead the GOE Reports automation and associated framework to drive operational efficiency and provide necessary support to APAC countries
- Drive Expense efficiency and cost rationalization initiatives in partnership with country teams & Regional Functional Leads for the Region
- Engage and work with Country Finance teams to facilitate review and challenge of GOE updates for Budgeting, Forecasting & Actual Reporting
- Work closely with Controllers & Country FP&A Teams to improve the data flow between Controllers & FP&A with clear communication channels and accuracy of bookings
- Support the ongoing implementation of process improvements with reference to the cost code rationalization and booking of the actuals with the goal of improving overall quality of the GOE bookings
- Responsible to maintain the correct function/sub function mapping for all APAC entities and maintain relevant upto date MDG data - engage with countries to align the functional mappings aligned to the latest GI Structures

**APAC Regional Entities**:

- Responsible for Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting related to GOE of the APAC Regional office entities and ensuring all data produced out of FC is accurate, timely and reconciled
- Work closely with controllership team in Finance center and support the month end close requirements related to APAC Regional office entities
- Engaging regularly with the controllers team in India to ensure correct booking of costs related to APAC Regional entities are done in the right function/sub function

**Quarterly Budgeting/Annual Forecasting**:

- Lead APAC Regional entities GOE related budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Responsible to ensure timely submission of the budgets and forecast of the APAC Regional entities as well as facilitate proper analysis of the financial data
- Responsible to proactively engage with various APAC Regional office Stakeholders to support on various requests related to expense reports, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and address issues on an timely basis
- Responsible to work and maintain the allocation methodology for GOE of the APAC Regional entities
- Responsible to support the expense allocation framework for APAC countries as part of the quarterly forecasting/budgeting cycle

**Managing team/ managing stakeholders**:

- Manage stakeholders including NY Finance teams, APAC Finance teams, APAC Regional office stakeholders and senior executives including Country CFO and FP&A leads across various APAC country operations
- Training and development for more junior colleagues based out of India FC
- Lead, motivate and work with the India Finance center team to ensure an effective working environment
