Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the company’s technology strategy and R&D initiatives.
- Drive innovation and oversee the development of new technologies, products, and solutions.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and technical professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts.
- Ensure the company’s technical capabilities remain at the forefront of industry trends and market needs.
- Oversee project management and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of R&D projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in research and development.
- Expertise in technology strategy, product development, and innovation management.
- Solid experience managing and growing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technical excellence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale technical projects is highly desirable.
