Title: Senior Distributed Systems Architect/Engineer with AI Focus

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, architect, and implement scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
- Develop and implement solutions for high-speed networking and programmable networks.
- Conduct research and development in areas such as AI, distributed systems, network security, and cloud data centers.
- Lead and contribute to the development of network operating systems and related software.
- Manage projects, coordinate releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Scope of Work
- AI Infrastructure and Optimization:

- Design, optimize, and maintain large-scale GPU clusters for training and deploying LLMs.
- Improve the performance and efficiency of distributed AI training systems.
- Work with supercomputing platforms to enable large-scale AI models.
- Networking and Distributed Systems:

- Design and develop network switch operating systems and related networking solutions.
- Develop and implement high-speed networking protocols and technologies.
- Architect and implement distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and develop solutions for SDN (Software Defined Networking) and programmable networks.
- Implement intelligent NIC offloading and Layer 7 load balancing.
- Security and Privacy:

- Research and implement network security solutions, including fast packet classification algorithms and network policy verification.
- Develop privacy-preserving technologies for network systems.
- Software Development and Management:

- Write efficient and maintainable code in languages such as C/C++, Python, and Scheme.
- Manage software development projects, including planning, execution, and release.
- Lead software internationalization and localization efforts.
- Research and Innovation:

- Conduct research in relevant areas and publish findings in top-tier academic venues.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends in distributed systems and AI.
