Description Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition - Corporate Strategy Hiring | Specialized in APAC We are seeking a highly capable AI Architect to drive end-to-end architecture, prototyping, and delivery of advanced AI and data solutions across enterprise programs. The role combines technical depth with creativity — guiding teams from ideation and whiteboarding to scalable implementation, while contributing to companies' innovation and thought leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the solutioning architect for AI/ML and data-driven initiatives, defining architecture patterns, integration models, and deployment strategies. Lead rapid prototyping and innovation center activities, including internal hackathons, ideation sessions, and design sprints. Translate business objectives into scalable AI and data architectures leveraging cloud-native platforms, microservices, and modern orchestration frameworks. Oversee end-to-end AI delivery pipelines — from data ingestion and model development to deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of AI solutions with security, scalability, and compliance standards. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and data science teams, fostering innovation and excellence. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI, RAG systems, and intelligent automation within enterprise contexts. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data architecture, or cloud solution design. Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, etc.). Solid understanding of data pipelines, microservice architectures, and event-driven systems. Experience in solutioning and technical pre-sales for enterprise engagements. Excellent facilitation skills for whiteboarding sessions, hackathons, and innovation programs. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
