**Roles & Responsibilities**

Yijiahe (Singapore) is a subsidiary company of Yijiahe Technology Co., Ltd. Yijiahe Technology is a National High-Tech Enterprise, established in 1999 and has been listed in Shanghai Exchange since 2018. It is headquartered in Nanjing Software Valley, Jiangsu province, China. Currently, Yijiahe Technology has over 1,000 employees, engaging in R&D and manufacturing activities in intelligent robotic technology, services and system solutions for electrical power, energy, petrochemical industry.

In 2019, Yijiahe Technology started to focus on delivering groundbreaking medical robotic solutions tailor to medical needs in China. With a 150+ strong team of engineers, product management, clinical and regulatory support, so far, the company has covered vast area of navigation and mínimally invasive robotic surgery field.

Yijiahe (Singapore) is a newly established technology excellent center to focus on the R&D surgical robotics. Aim to work with the best and innovative technologies in Singapore and around the region, Yijiahe (Singapore) is recruiting talented people to grow the engineering team to bring forward solutions for a better patient outcomes to the world.

As a key member of the medical product design and development team, you will work directly with Product Director, cross functional project team members to deliver projects from concept to completion and create project management processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are on time, on budget, within scope and meet quality standards.

Competency Requirements (Education, Experience, Training, Skill)_**
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, or computer sciences
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, with proven records of project completing
- Familiar with PDP, Agile, PMP, risk management methods for effective project plan execution
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- An analytical problem solver to identify root cause, devise/evaluate/recommend optimal solutions to prevent future issues
- Natural ability to communicate technical information, and build interpersonal relation with the team members
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skills

**_Responsibilities_**
- Work with cross functional team to develop and implement a feasible plan, secure resources and define tasks.
- Ensure projects are within scope, cost, timelines, risks and quality objectives
- Facilitate issue resolution, minimize distractions and changes to project
- Monitoring project progress and provide updates to management in a timely manner.
- Perform analysis on budget, resource, project actual performance against planned performance
- Review upon project completion to understand what went well, areas for improvement and what could be done differently to further improve project management practices
- Manage team productivity and morale with team-building activities
- Oversee and co-ordinate project activities locally or with overseas partners
- Ensure proper documentation (design history file) and communication with internal and external suppliers, in compliance with quality management system and regulatory standards requirements

Yijiahe Singapore Pte. Ltd is a subsidiary of Yijiahe group (a Shanghai stock exchange listed robotic company)，positioning as its oversea HQ. Yijiahe Singapore mainly focus on medical robotic field, it contains a R&D research center doing high-tech research (artificial intelligence, image algorithm, cable-driven mechanism ) and product development. We also have a business development unit which will continuously keep eye on local/global industry movement and finding opportunities to collaborate, incubate and invest.
