Provide information and directions to hospital facilities and services.
- Assist patients with wheelchair transport to appointments.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain orderly queues and ensure a calm waiting area.
- Coordinate with hospital staff for smooth patient movements.
- Ensure safety and security in the hospital premises.
- Assist with administrative tasks and language support.
- Enhance the overall patient experience with empathetic support.

**Requirements**:

- Prior customer service skills will be advantage
- Must be computer savvy
- Must be comfortable working in Emergency Department (fast paced working environment)
- **Must be able to do shift work (3-rotating shifts)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
