**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, share transfers, capital calls, distribution and dividend payments
- Review and verify subscription and redemption orders and documentation
- Update register of members for hedge funds, private equity funds and unit trusts
- Update details and transactions into the transfer agency system
- Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness
- Review information for FACTA and CRS indicia
- Liaise with investors, placement agents and investment managers
- All above tasks need to be conducted in a timely manner.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**
- At least 1 year experience in AML KYC of investor
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills.
- Diligent and Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Polytechnic or University degree holder
