**Requirements**:

- GCE “O” level & SCI Certificates
- At least 2 years in Business Development / Sales background.
- Has worked in General Insurance company, that is a plus

**Job Descriptions**
- Oversee and manage agent engagement and recruitment activities, including organising engagement/training events, with support from rest of the Distribution team
- Manage and track agent performance, including consolidating agreed sales target, action plans and feedback from engagement meetings between agents and Sales Managers
- Actively manage agent recruitment pipeline, including working together with the Sales Managers to identify list of potential agents
- Assist Sales Manager in engagement with individual agents, including recruitment and growing production of existing agents, to achieve overall sales target
- Manage onboarding and training of new agents
- Prepare annual/quarterly/campaign production reports for Chief Distribution Officer and Management
