As SAP Test Manager you are part of the SEAOIN (South East Asia, India, Oceania) team and are responsible for planning, reporting, and guaranteeing the successful execution of functional and technical tests ranging from individual work-items to end-to-end system landscape.

Your focus is on ensuring the implemented S/4HANA Fashion SAP systems are thoroughly tested to meet the given business requirements and the performance benchmarks while liaising with all relevant stakeholders to support our goal of being the fastest sport brand in the world.

**Task 1**:
Test Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for the S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Define testing methodologies, standards, and best practices for SAP systems.
- Establish testing metrics, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and quality.

**Task 2**:
Test Execution and Coordination
- Coordinate and execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for SAP modules and customizations.
- Ensuring the required training materials are in place and the tester trainings conducted.
- Manage testing environments and data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor testing progress, including test results, defects, and overall quality metrics.

**Task 3**:
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating communication and alignment on testing priorities.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to project stakeholders, including leadership and steering committees.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication regarding testing progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to address testing-related concerns.

**Task 4**:
Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and automation.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay current with SAP technologies, tools, and trends to inform testing strategies and approaches.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in testing activities.
