**Job purpose**

We are seeking a licensed TCM professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines professional consultation with wellness and product promotion. This role focuses on supporting atrium sales, roadshows, clinic product sales, training, and promotional campaigns, ensuring customers and patients receive accurate advice and product recommendations.

**Job Responsibilities 职位职责**

**Professional Support & Consultation 专业支持与咨询**
- Provide TCM consultations during atrium sales, roadshows, or clinic events.
- Assess customer or patient conditions and recommend suitable CPM or wellness products.
- Offer professional advice on safe and effective product usage.
- 在商场展销、路演或诊所活动中提供中医咨询。
- 评估客户或患者的身体状况，并推荐合适的中成药或健康产品。
- 为客户提供安全有效的产品使用建议。

**Sales & Promotional Activities 销售与推广活动**
- Act as the company’s professional TCM representative during marketing and promotional events.
- Support TCM clinic product sales by providing professional knowledge and building customer trust.
- Support sales teams with TCM knowledge to encourage conversions.
- Participate in professional video promotions, health webinars, or workshops related to company products.
- 在市场及推广活动中作为公司的中医专业代表。
- 通过专业知识支持中医诊所产品销售，增强客户信任。
- 为销售团队提供中医专业支持，促进成交转化。
- 参与公司产品相关的视频推广、健康讲座或工作坊。

**Training & Knowledge Sharing 培训与知识分享**
- Conduct internal training for sales teams, clinic staff, and partners on TCM knowledge and company products.
- Assist in developing educational content such as presentations, videos, or seminars.
- 为销售团队、诊所员工及合作伙伴提供中医知识及公司产品培训。
- 协助开发教育内容，包括演示文稿、视频或研讨会。

**Compliance & Documentation 合规与文档管理**
- Ensure compliance with TCMPB’s Code of Conduct and MOH regulations in all professional activities.
- Maintain proper records for consultations, recommendations, and promotional activities.
- 确保所有专业活动符合中医管理委员会（TCMPB）的职业守则及卫生部规定。
- 维护咨询、推荐及推广活动的完整记录。

**Job Requirements 职位要求**
- Registered TCM Physician with valid Singapore TCMPB license is an added advantage.
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical practice, training, or product promotion.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain TCM concepts to customers.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.
- Open to working on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional events.
- Experience in training, TCM clinic product sales, wellness/beauty TCM, or product promotion is an advantage.
- 持有新加坡中医管理委员会（TCMPB）有效执业资格者优先考虑。
- 具备中医学或相关专业学历者优先。
- 至少两年相关临床、培训或产品推广经验。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够清晰向客户解释中医理念。
- 中英文双语能力，能服务多元客户群体。
- 能接受在周末、公共假日及推广活动期间工作。
- 有培训、中医诊所产品销售、养生美容中医或产品推广经验者更佳
