**Position Title**:Front Desk & Clinical Assistant
**Employment Type**:Full-Time, Part-Time

**Location**:Bedok, Singapore
**Salary Range**:$3,000 - $5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a licensed and bilingual Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician to join Healthy Heart PTE. LTD. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients using authentic TCM practices. You will play an essential role in upholding the quality and integrity of care, contributing to the clinic’s holistic and patient-centered approach to health and wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct TCM consultations, including diagnosis through pulse reading, tongue observation, and patient interviews
- Prescribe appropriate herbal treatments and acupuncture based on individual diagnoses
- Educate patients on their conditions and provide guidance on treatment plans and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized consultation and treatment space
- Support the clinic’s health promotion initiatives and participate in wellness-related events when required
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements

**Requirements**:

- Registered and licensed TCM physician under the **TCMPB (Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board)**in Singapore
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to explain conditions and treatment plans to diverse patients)
- Strong diagnostic and treatment skills in both acupuncture and herbal medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, ethical, and professional in approach
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
- Prior experience in a clinic setting is an advantage
