**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Leadership**:
Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
Establish standards, patterns, and best practices for ServiceNow development and governance.
- **Solution Design & Implementation**:
Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
- **Integration & Automation**:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Implement automation and orchestration workflows to optimize IT processes.
- **Governance & Best Practices**:
Define coding standards, review technical deliverables, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Manage version upgrades, performance optimization, and platform security compliance.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
Collaborate with IT leadership, business users, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **10+ years**of IT experience with at least **6+ years in ServiceNow architecture and development.**:

- Proven experience designing and implementing **complex ServiceNow solutions**across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of **ServiceNow data model, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, and business rules.**:

- Experience with **ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)**.
- Knowledge of **CMDB design, Discovery, and Event Management**best practices.
- Familiarity with **ServiceNow Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.**:

- Hands-on experience with **platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.**:

- Strong background in **ITIL processes**and **Enterprise Architecture principles.**:

- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)**and **Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)**certifications required.
- **ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)**or **Certified Application Developer (CAD)**preferred
