1. Role Description:
This position manages oversees projects. He/she ensures that customers needs are met and that the project implementation plan is progressing in a timely and satisfactory manner and prepares projects status reports for management. He/ She also plans directs and coordinates sales operations in an organisation.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
To learn about all the products and services of the company in details
To be able to remember and answer any queries from clients on the company's services
To be able to recommend and quote prices accordingly to client's needs according to the knowledge
To be able to speak to client and maintain professional relationship with client
To be able to provide good customer service from the start to the end of the project
To be able to maintain client loyalty and follow up with post sales SOPs
To be able to price projects and negotiate pricing with clients accordingly
To be able to manage creation of invoices and quotations to clients
To be able to do sales report for weekly reporting to director
To be able to manage site works and ensure project is completed smoothly
To learn to solve any issues that occur on site while maintaining calm
To be able to juggle several projects at once and manage time well
To be able to keep track of trends and market rates and make suggestions for adjustments accordingly
To keep track of material and inventory budgeting per project
