**Overview**:
With over a three thousand teams and eleven CIO’s our Agile transformation is one of the largest of its kind. As part of our team, it will be the coach’s responsibility to coach at a program and enterprise level within Global Technology.

In the role, the coach will work at all levels of the organization, with a focus on program level coaching to instill an Agile mindset into the organization. A coach will use all possible tools to guide the portfolios, programs and products through the changes: Presenting progress to senior leaders, suggesting and promoting organization changes, understand outcomes and the leading indicators that influence them, deliver training, fluent in Kanban and Scrum, and coaching at scale in an Agile organization.

The successful coach is a consultant who changes organizations, a strategist who drives long term change, a designer who shapes solutions, a salesperson who grows their contacts and networks, an engineer who solves problems and a teacher for those around them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train cross functional teams and programs to define and understand their Products and associated Value Streams
- Coach at the following levels: Program Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Product Owner
- Help organizations understand the difference between Project and Product
- Be accountable for improvement in enterprise measures of productivity and quality
- Evaluate existing Agile feature organizations, deliver training classes for PO/PM and Quarterly Planning to promote and improve agility
- Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials, and content
- Guide organizations to take action towards improving their Agile maturity

**Desired Skills**:

- Effective team player, capable of partnering with a global team of strong, experienced coaches
- Deep experience in Scrum and or Kanban
- Understands, communicates, and guides the organization in product and program discovery
- Ability to affect change at all levels
- Ability to affect change across large numbers of teams and products
- Passion for process engineering, agility, lean thinking and rapid delivery of high quality products
- Deep understanding of product flow, lean metrics and optimizations
- Capable of striving in a fast pace, ever changing environment
- Ability to guide leaders through scaling their organization in Agility growth
- Defining roadmaps for transformation along with measures to achieve desired outcomes

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years’ experience in technology and working in an Agile environment
- Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
- Ability to lead discussions with Agile leaders, managers, and team members on relevant Agile topics
- Extensive working knowledge of JIRA
- Scrum Master certified (CSM or SSM)
- Safe understanding and knowledge of Release Trains, Value Stream and Program Alignment.
- Ability to performs hands-on training/coaching to teams in all aspects of Lean-Agile
- Experience in coaching within the Agile framework
- Experience in coaching and demonstrating facilitation of core agile practices including but not limited to: Kanban, scrum, feature/epic and story backlog prioritization and grooming, Release planning, Iteration/Sprint planning, Metrics, Story distribution
- Experience in transforming organizations from waterfall to Agile
- Experience implementing product, program and value stream development
