**Description**:
Your role as a General Technician/Handyman/Floater (with Class 3 Driving License) will focus mainly on the responsibilities below but not limited to:
1. Will be in charge of general repairworks and handyman works such as, fixing electrical point, home/office minor repair for furniture, fixtures, minor painting etc.

2. Should be able to handle the following equipments for each type of services:
Vacuum used for floors and upholstery.

Steam cleaning machine used for mattress, sofa and curtain cleaning

Fogging/Misting machine used for Vector disinfection service.

Marble Polishing machine.

High Pressure Jetting machine for outdoor, driveway or pool deck cleaning.

**Requirements**:
1. With a minimum 2 years experience in general works.

2. Posess a Strong Communication and Customer Service Skill set

3. Possess a Can Do attitude

4. With strong presence of mind.

5. Able to Work under time management specially if there are multiple job loas coming in.

6. Able to travel to different location and project sites using GPS.

7. Able to follow schedules and always on time.
