Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance

**The Company**
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile and reputable industry leader within the marine industry. Due to evolving business needs, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst to support the team in raising debt financing, evaluating tenders and investments as well as managing loan portfolios.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Senior Manager and working in an established team, you will be responsible for arranging debt funding to finance capital expenditure and working capital requirements involving financial modeling, financial structuring & analysis, reviewing and negotiating financing documents. You will support the development, acquisition and tender process for vessels and renewable projects which includes counterparty and project analysis, contract review & negotiation, bankability studies, JV negotiation, and execution support. The key areas include managing existing loan portfolios, interest rate risk and other financial risks of each project, reviewing counterparty credit risk and arrange credit support instruments including letter of credit. You will also assist in forecasting and monitoring medium to long-term funding requirements of the group, subsidiaries and joint ventures. Last but not least to actively be involved in continuous process improvement.
**Your Profile**
To qualify for this role, you must have a Degree in Accountancy or Finance with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in loan management. It is essential to have prior experience in financial modelling and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical treasury professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
