**Corporate financial planning**:
- Support Head of Finance on financial modelling, target setting, runway planning, other corporate finance and internal planning matters
- Work with other key stakeholders in preparing presentations and financial models for internal management meetings
- Analyzing company financial trends, anomalies, uncovering actionable insights that reveal areas of opportunity or optimization
**Fundraising and investor relations**:
- Working with the CEO and other senior leaders on board and shareholder meeting agendas; collaborating with senior leaders to prepare presentations; and editing, finalizing presentations and related materials, and ensuring follow-through on obligations.
- Prepare and distribute investor materials including press releases, quarterly and annual reports, quarterly financial reports, QnA's, IR Collateral materials and corporate presentations.
- Manages content on IR section of the corporate website
- Manages IR Contacts and facilitates key relations with investors and industry analysts
- Responds to inquiries and proactively makes calls communicating the company’s operational and financial performance
**Market Intelligence**
- Keep abreast of market developments, competitors, running appropriate benchmarking, making recommendations to C-level and VP Commercial as needed
- Review and maintain library of analyst reports and provides summary of content for management
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis and peer group companies
**Requirements**:
- Strong finance fundamentals and commercial awareness are key to the role
- Minimum 5 years of investment banking or M&A or management consulting experience is preferred
- Corporate development or corporate strategy experience in a renewable energy start-up is a plus
- Bachelors Degree
- Written and communication fluency in English
- Start-Up Fundraising and or M&A is a strong plus

Although you are a geek at building financial models, you still love speaking to people and do not shy away from being proactive to build strong and professional relationships with our team members, senior leaders of the company, board members, and investors. You are able to adapt to a fast pace start-up environment, and is passionate about renewable energy.
