**People and Culture Team**
Like all teams, our People & Culture team plays a significant role at Doctor Anywhere. We partner closely with leaders, managers and employees to build a culture where everyone feels included and valued at work. **Resp**onsibilities**
- Ensuring that all interviews are scheduled within stipulated time periods
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure clear communication throughout interview pipelines
- Help with data analysis and TA projects on a need basis
- Help develop TA handbook, hiring manager interview guide and employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in other TA ops related tasks such as vendor management, agency agreement, internal training.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in coordination roles, having a high-volume recruitment coordination background is a plus
- Immense attention to detail, with the ability to verify and pick out data discrepancies
- Prior experience with using recruiting software or GSuite, Excel will be a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
