**Responsibilities**:
- Full-cycle employee lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding, including and not limited to:
- Recruitment;
- screening;
- reference/background checks;
- offer and salary negotiation;
- contracts;
- confirmation;
- promotion;
- re-designation;
- internship programs, work-study programs, government programs and others;
- resignation and exit;
- retention;
- re-join;
- Recruitment (with an emphasis on recruitment on the linkedin platform):
- Collaborate with managers on current and future hiring needs, design and implement recruitment strategies;
- Conducting high volume of phone screening;
- Propose and update accurate and winning job descriptions;
- Effective utilisation of recruitment portals (e.g. free posting credits, top ads, suggested talents) and other recruitment techniques like referral, head-hunting, internet, networking and cold-calling
- Manage Company handbook, policies, compensation and benefits, employees’ career progress structure
- Be a main point of contact for staff, respond to them on time. Be a mediator between Company and staff, communicate and keep Company updated on all staff matters
- Work as a Team Member by sharing timely information to ensure smooth HR processes
- Manage and maintain accurate employee’s data both online and offline
- Manage mail documents
- Build and promote Group’s reputation as a choice Employer
- Maintain and manage Company’s LinkedIn corporate profile to project good and positive corporate image
- Tap on various Government training/career grants etc
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- **MUST HAVE**:Proven work experience (at least 2 years) in recruiting on the Linkedin platform and in handling full employee lifecycle
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (normal, competency-based etc) according to role requirements
- Ability to handle full employee lifecycle on time and with accuracy, on your own
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices
- Strong decision-making skills
- Team member
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Organized and meticulous
- At least a Bachelor in Human Resources Management
