- Handles full set of accounts (Include accounts receivable and payable function)
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to work on various accounting duties
- Performing reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare analyse and provide require information for the forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
- Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
- Preparation of monthly accounts’ schedules
- Liaising with auditors for statutory audit
- Ensure compliance with financial and group policies to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit review
- Other ad-hoc accounting functions

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years in the accounting, preferably in construction or shipping industry
- Strong in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productivity tools
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of the accounts
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent with positive working attitudes
- Good time management skill to work under strict timeline
- Ability to multitask across different projects
- Preferably with supervisory skill

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
