To work as a precision engineer operates special-purpose equipment & machines to manufacture components and parts. The engineer is able to read technical manuals, drawing specifications to determine dimensions & tolerances of finished parts. He is able to program CAD/CAM for 3, 3+1 and 4+1 axis machining programs, setup for parts test cut requirements. A critical aspect of the job involves detecting faults in machining aspects, rectifying the root causes and making adjustments on the machines to ensure a smooth operation and machining work. Preferably with rich experience engineer capable to lead and orgainse workshop tools holders, fixtures, automation tools, accessories and materials. Continually to make improvements of the manufacturing process with efficiency and productivity, and be proactive and productive as a team member..
- Carrying out CNC precision machining and general machining
- Able to read and write with effective 3, 3+1 and 4+1 axis CAD/ CAM programme
- Conducting an inspection of maintenance of machines
- Carrying out WIP QC dimensional measurements

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Able to interpret technical drawings requirements and specification

3. Carry out CNC CMM dimensional inspection for 2D/ 3D geometric measurements

4. Carry out CADCAM and electrode programs set up sheet

5. Carry out automate or semi auto to machining processes for high productivity

6. Carry out trouble shooting

7. Carry out working green environment with clean and safe practices

8. Carry out workplace safety and health(WSH) policy

9. Maintenance of machine air-pressure systems

10. Good Knowledge in basic networking, server, IoT for shop floor control

11. Ad hoc duties instructed by supervisor

12. 5.5 day work week

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or equivalent of certificate or Higher Nitec in precision engineering

2. Min 5 year working experience in relevant field

3. Industry Proficient in 2D/3D dimensional inspection and geometric measurements

4. Resourceful and adaptive to work requirements change

5. A problem solver with leadership and a passion organized team player with good communication skills
