Job Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision biomedical components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitoring Performance: Continuously monitor machine performance during production runs, making adjustments to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
  • Quality Inspection: Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaboration with Setters and Programmers: Work closely with CNC setters and programmers to understand setup requirements and report any operational issues.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered during operation.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment to ensure a safe workplace.

Jobs Requirements:
- Educational Background: ITE or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CNC Machines: Proven experience operating, and maintaining CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, or routers. Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality assurance principles. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Technical Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong technical skills to configure and operate CNC machines accurately. High attention to detail to ensure precise machining and adherence to quality standards. Ability to perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep machines in optimal working condition.
