As a Sales & Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business while managing ongoing client projects. This hybrid role requires strong sales acumen, solid project management skills, and a working understanding of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our production and performance teams to ensure that client objectives are met and campaigns run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire and onboard new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage client projects from start to finish, timelines, deliverables, communication, and coordination with internal teams.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO, content, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior experience in digital marketing sales is a must.**:

- Experience in project management or account management is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to think strategically.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Pay**: Commission-based with Base Salary (Est. range: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00+/month depending on performance)
