Support team (APS) that supports multiple Risk and P&L systems which is used by

teams worldwide. The team plays a key role, in liaising between the business, IT

development and other support and technical teams.

The new member will be based in Singapore taking care of risk and P&L daily checks

for Rates and Credit perimeters. The applicant needs to be able to work

autonomously unsupervised and have good communication skills to interact with

other team members globally.

**Responsibilities**
- Incidents and problems management: Manage/Own P1/P2 incidents and
- problems end to end (root cause identification, follow-up, escalation when
- required...), Initiate task force over critical incidents, Assist troubleshoot
- Communicates with internal users and management over incidents...
- Monitor and maintain system health and performance
- Develop, maintain and support Disaster Recovery plans on the weekend
- (bi-annual exercise).
- Participate in improving our monitoring and alerting tools for the support
- team to be more proactive on incidents: Monitor group mailbox,
- assigning/escalating appropriately...
- Contribute to Knowledge Management and Documentation: Documents
- support procedures on wiki; Owns team knowledge base on wiki for all in
- Ensures Follow-the-Sun and regional support teams are trained as
- required, in particular over new releases;
- Communicates a daily handover document to Follow-The-Sun support
- teams, where appropriate;
**Ideal profile**
- 2 to 5 years of total experience including 2+ years supporting IT in a
- capital markets environment: understanding of market risks, PnL, basic
- knowledge of financial products Fixed income, Rates, Credits, FX Spot...
- Knowledge of Python (scripting)
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Very good communication skills
- Able to work in team and taking proactive actions
- Be able to work in a Follow the Sun model: Shifts start from 7am
