- Affyn is a Singapore-based company, using blockchain-powered technology, to develop mobile games with integrated geolocation and augmented reality capability. Affyn is pioneering the gaming model with a sustainable play-and-earn economy where rewards earned in the virtual world have the ability to also be utilized in the real world. _As the Product Manager for Marketplace, you will drive the planning and development of Affyn’s online marketplace product, where our players will buy / trade / manage their NFTs, manage their Affyn account and FYN token holdings, and ultimately redeem real-world lifestyle rewards from. The marketplace product is now going on its second NFT sale, and there is plenty more to build. You get to do that and make sure it is meaningful for our users and impactful to our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Articulate a product strategy for Affyn’s marketplace product
- Develop and socialize a vision narrative for the product across the organization
- Define product objectives, key success metrics, and implement initiatives to drive impactful outcomes for the product and the business
- Track and improve the performance of the product and its features by implementing analytics and defining key metrics to move via experimentation
- Assess potential technical integrations to augment our capabilities via partnerships
- Define, prioritize and strategize the product roadmap to meet the product’s objectives
- Translate product strategy into actionable requirements for the product development team
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and business teams on the development, QA, and release of products
- Track and consolidate user feedback via ongoing qualitative and quantitative activities; be the voice of the user to the development team and across the company, making sure that we always deliver solutions that are meaningful to our users
- Develop product positioning and messaging in collaboration with the Marketing department

**Skills and Requirements**
- Solid experience in a dynamic product management role, working closely with engineering teams using Agile methodologies
- Proven experience defining product strategy and overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Demonstrable knowledge and software development experience in marketplace / ecommerce products
- Users-first mindset
- Experience building products that use blockchain is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and project management software such as Jira, Confluence

**Having these are a plus**
- Knowledge in the web3 gaming or NFT industry is a plus
- passion for playing all kinds of mobile games, especially casual to mid-core genres
