**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Director, the Watch Manager is responsible for the development of Singapore, Malaysia and ASEAN markets’ watch business. Being the guardian of the category, your key responsibility as a Watch Manager is to lead the transversal efforts around product launches with all the cross-functional stakeholders.

**Product marketing strategy**
- Lead and implement the yearly watch action plan in line with global and local business needs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain sales projection for the watch category

**Novelties management**
- Define a detailed product launch roadmap base on international launch strategy. Determine product forecast, launch strategy, and network allocation.
- Collaborate with the communication team to maximize exposure for new launches.
- Define training plans in collaboration with learning and development team to maintain a high standard of product and brand knowledge for all internal staff

**Business performance monitoring/reporting**
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales report and provide specific recommendations/action plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

**Retail partnership management**
- Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to develop qualitative initiatives that deepens the retail partners’ engagement, to grow the network’s contribution towards the overall category.

**Luxury market intelligence / competition monitoring**
- Monitor and report market competitor’s trends and activities.
- Visit competition regularly, update market shares, gather client insights to identify key opportunities for growth.

**Operational product management**
- Build and maintain marketing tools (Product News, Launch Plan, Mapping Book, etc.) for daily business needs and special events.
- Pricing management - Communicate all price updates to the internal stakeholders

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You have at least 8 years of experience in the luxury industry or category management or marketing.
- You demonstrate the following technical skills and ability in:

- Strategic thinking, with capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills: Power BI, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- You have good presentation and strong communication skills
- Passionate for Luxury and Watches
- Customer-oriented behavior
- Demonstrates a strong collaborative mindset, enthusiastic, and a team player
- You are detail-focus, high autonomy and proactive approach
