**Overview of Roles**

The Treasury Group (TG) in our Singapore branch is responsible for managing the branch’s investment portfolio, overseeing Asset and Liability Management (ALM), and ensuring effective Liquidity Management to support our core business activities.

We are currently looking for a Senior Officer/Officer to join the team providing key support in various front office operations

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accurately record transactions related to money markets, investment products, and other relevant financial instruments in our internal systems and providing support to the investment team. Ensure the accuracy of transaction details by confirming them with relevant counterparties.
- Conduct thorough KYC due diligence on counterparties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including liaising with counterparties to collect necessary KYC documentation.
- Compile, analyze, and prepare various reports, including position, markets and financial reports ensuring they are comprehensive and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements that contribute to the efficient operation of the Treasury functions.

**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor’s degress in any discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the banking sector, with a focus on ALM/Liquidity Management.
- With good understanding of financial markets, particulary in the areas of money markets and bond products.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure while attention to detail.
- An independent and a team player with good interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across various teams/departments in the branch and head office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words etc.)

Preferably with FMRP certification.
