Time Type:
**Purpose of Position**

All aspects in Sea Freight procurement including not limited to day to day procurement support, system support on costing, GP analysis and GP improvement.

**Key Tasks**

Procurement and pricing support
- Maintaining of Local FAK rates on a monthly basis given by carriers
- Key Client monthly rate support
- Support FCL procurement Manager and back up LCL Procurement Team
- Handle RFQ and all Ocean Freight, trucking and warehousing enquiries from Commercial team and Network
- Sea Freight Trucking Subcontractor Management
- Act as superuser for the team in terms of costing in CW1
- Vendors credit maintenance
- GPM and CW1 system support

GP Analysis
- GP analysis for High & Loss GP within Seafreight product by customer and by port pairs
- Analyze loss shipments/accounts to come up with appropriate action for turn around
- Seek opportunities to improve productivity and GP control across the Sea Freight commercial and operational functions
- Profit share development from Partner country and account consistency
- Perform Audit in Profit share
- Perform Audit in Profitable carrier Choices

Reporting
- Monitor and analyze GP and Volume Trend
- Any other ad-hoc reports as assigned

Others
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group

**Experience & Education**
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of experience of Freight Forwarding experience
- Well verse knowledge on Excel.
