**What We’re Offering**:
**Competitive Salary & Benefits**:

- **Monthly Salary Range**:$2,500 to $3,500 (inclusive of allowances and skill-based bonuses).
**Fixed Allowances**:$120 + $180
**Skill Allowance**:Up to $1,000 (negotiable during the interview).
- **Annual Bonus**:Up to $1,100.

**Your Role**:
As our **Kitchen Chef **, you’ll shape the heart of our café’s kitchen with:

- **Food Preparation**:Craft exceptional dishes with precision, taste, and presentation in mind.
- **Kitchen Operations**:Lead daily operations to maintain efficiency and food safety standards.
Handle inventory, from stock-taking to ordering supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Mentor junior staff, fostering a supportive and productive kitchen environment.
- **Menu Development**:Contribute innovative ideas to elevate our menu offerings.
Experiment with new recipes and culinary trends.
