**Responsibilities**:

- Own and drive a comprehensive vulnerability management strategy across all environments.
- Develop holistic strategies to address multiple vulnerabilities in functional areas.
- Lead the development and optimization of vulnerability management processes and automated tooling.
- Prioritize discovered vulnerabilities and engage stakeholders with mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and support team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in threat and vulnerability management, including patch management.
- Demonstrated capability to implement new technology to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, validate and triage identified vulnerabilities, and track remediation efforts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity flaws and mitigation strategies (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Excellent communication skills, a robust sense of ownership, and a strong drive for results.
- Proven ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with guidelines and regulatory notices from MAS, BNM, HKMA, etc.
- Certifications like CISSP, CRISC, CISM, OSCP will be advantageous.
