My Masterclass is a well-established tuition centre in Singapore specialising in **Secondary Maths and Science education, focusing strongly on the Integrated Programme (IP) syllabus**. We are seeking a highly motivated tutor **(experienced in secondary & IP Math/Chemistry)**to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who just graduated, have been doing private tutoring for a while and is passionate about motivating students and looking to build a **long-term career in the tuition industry.**

**Responsibilities**

**Year 1-3**
- Conducting classes for S1/Y1 through to S4/Y4 tutee for Chemistry
- Familiarising with the centre’s material and conducting classes according to the centre’s pedagogy
- Develop explanatory videos with potential questions and the centre’s way of explaining concepts to tutee.
- Marking of tutee’s work to familiarise with tutee's level of learning and the school’s difficulty level
- Evaluate tutee performance and provide timely feedback to the parents

**Year 4-6 (if aligned with your career growth)**
- Contribute to the development of online learning resources
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior tutors
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students
- Engage in community-building initiatives to foster a strong connection with students and parents
- Managing and own a centre under My Masterclass umbrella.

**Requirements**:

- A local bachelor's degree
- A genuine passion for teaching with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for student outcomes and timely communication with parents.
- Looking for a long-term career in the tuition industry and eager to take on additional responsibilities and grow professionally within the company.
